I used to use Virgin Mobile with a Galaxy S5. It came with a handy visual voicemail app. Figured that since Virgin Mobile uses the Sprint network that Sprint would offer something similar. Can't find any such app. Looked in the Sprint pre-installed folder and just alphabetically for either Sprint, visual or voicemail. Nothing. Maybe they have their own specific voicemail apps you can download and install? I presume your S8 isn't a carrier version, and they didn't supply it? The solution from fireguy_6364 totally worked for me! Although I had to un-install a few junk apps after the process, it did restore the stock sprint Voicemail App. Easily manage your inbox without ever dialing into your voicemail. From home, swipe up to access Apps, and then tap Sprint folder > Voicemail.
